Just wanna point out that I found the issue with my screen stretching. If you're using an NVidia card, it sets the scaling to the monitor. If you change it to GPU scaling, the problem fixes itself. -

So I'm trying to play this game on my new Windows 8 gaming PC. The issue is when I set the resolution to 1280x720 to fit the 16:9 aspect ratio of my 1080p monitor, it gets black bars on the top and bottom. Only 4:3 resolutions fill the screen completely. Any ideas?
