I will also have to agree. I live 10 minutes from the location of the intended water park. I would have no problem at all staying at one of the hotels in order to have water park privilages. I already do this for my sons birthday every year. He was born in February, so every year for his birthday party, I rent rooms at a local hotel that has an indoor pool. The fact is, it doesn't matter where you are from, if you aren't a hotel guest, you won't have access to the water park. I don't see a problem with that.
