We are TOUR, the Organisation des Raptors de Tarbes omniprésents, or the Tarbes Organization of Ubiquitous Raptors in English. Commencing our studies on the 10th of June and planning completion of them on the 24th of August, we eight ornithologists here at TOUR are planning on resolving the current issue of raptor overpopulation here in Tarbes, France. Below we have included a letter sent to the prestigeous American ornithologist, Dr. Chase Rapacent.
