I think you'll find it's intensity not excitement that stops peeps riding.
If you know RCT2 so well you should know this , RCT2 tracks/parks/scenery take up MUCH less space than RCT3. Also custom scenery doesn't "automatically" get imported so it shouldn't be allowed, stick to expansion scenery only.
Again, shouldn't you find out about this before deciding to run something like this. A basic No Limits track is simply an .nltrack file, any custom scenery (3DS files etc.) just need to be in the same directory.
Because No Limits is a SIMULATION and NOT a game, it has pretty accurate G-force and other force information. Again, you should know this.
