The reaison you are getting an error with the :sid is because you have installed custom scenery for Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 that is not compatable with your current version. In other words - if your running Wild! and your using scenery that is not update for Wild!, then that's why it may not work. Also, if you have installed your custom scenery incorrectly and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3.exe can't find the correct files then you will also get this error. I assume that the :sid file contains either the texture or the dimentions for the scenery item.
