well, i went to NYC earlier this year.. (june i thnk) i rode the cyclone once in the front, it was suprisingly smooth, then rode it in the back, which wasn't rough, but i couldnt leave my hands up but, if i rode it again, i would DEFINETLY ride in the back ^^ i also rode the wonder wheel.. it was alright, but all it did was go back and forth for me..
