More pics :] Ok, this pic sums up the second part of the update. We all had a great time at Port Aventura, and it's definitely a place I would love to visit again. Hope you enjoyed the update :] Coming up next- Terra Mitica I thought the wait was worth it. The ride also had the best in line twist ever!Forget about touching your seat until hitting the brakes. Too bad it's so short. Though waiting to ride, wasn't as smooth as the ride itself.. The line had a 2 hour wait to begin with, and a few minutes after getting into the line we were notified that ride isn't working due to a technical problem.. Anyway, we didn't give up hope, and waited for the ride to reopen. By the time that happend the line was already half empty (not everyone are patient I guess ) and we finally got to ride. I've heard many people claiming that riding in the back seats of Baco is a really rough experience. Well, I didn't want to check for myself so I rode in the front seats, and WOW! That ride was amazing! The launch was really intense and the whole ride was really smooth yet powerful. I thought it was awesome.. best coaster in the park in my opinion The guy blocking the train really should have warned me before he passed my way > And now for Furius Baco (kind of saving the best for last). Tami Tami. Best Tutuki Splash shot I have. Sorry. Sea Odyssey was in my opinion, a total waste of time. Some of Polynesia (well, kind of).. Awesome ride. The Grand Canyon Rapids. Tomahawk's sign. Racing down the hill. I was expecting Stampida to be alot rougher than it actually was (after reading so many bad reviews on it), but except for the first drop (which was heavily trimmed), I thought it was a great ride! Maybe the main reason why I'm gonna have to come back to the park soon. (!) Hurakan Condor wasn't working. I'm still grieving for it. The station. One of El Diablo's lift hills. Okay, so Diablo was indeed pretty lame and was more a lift hill ride than a coaster, but I still enjoyed it. El Diablo. And the mine train behind;) -

Part 2- Port Aventura. What can I say? This park was just AWESOME! It had it all. Great coasters, water rides and flat rides, amazing theming, really good food and generally a wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, we only had 7 hours at the park. Yes, I know it's nothing, but it really wasn't up to me (it was an organized trip), and we also had a 5 hours drive that day to Alicante (+ bus drivers in Spain can only work for 12 hours a day). Luckily, people from the group had some express tickets, so we managed to ride all the coasters (some of them more than once), the water rides and also to have some fun . It's obvious that one day at this park is not enough in order to fully enjoy it and all it has to offer. Definitely a place I will have to come back to (and next time for more than 7 hours..). And now for some pictures Hey the one sitting in the front sit is waving back! Okay this is it for now. I have more pics of Port Aventura but I will post them tomorrow. I'm a bit tired now. Hope again you all enjoyed And waving the Dragon Khan goodbye. Leaving the Chinese section. Dragon Khan was a really great forceful coaster! (and the no wait thanks to the express ticket made it feel even better ). One of the corkscrews. And out of the cobra roll. Into the zero G roll! The diving loop. Dragon Khan's first drop. And here is the Dragon Khan. Hiding behind the trees The Chinese section (pretty much as the rest of the park) is really beautifully landscaped. The pagoda at the entrance to China. So we decided to head over to the Chinese section of the park and ride Dragon Khan instead of Baco.. Baco's line indeed made me furius.. just a few minutes after the park's opening the ride already had a 3 hour wait.. Furius Baco's last turnaround over the lake. Yay we are inside! Almost there! The fountain at the entrance. -
Hey everyone, I'm Naor from Israel, and as you can see- I'm new here I just came back from a really great week in Spain, and thought a TR would be a good opportunity to join the threads (which I have been following for quite a few time ). The trip included 3 parks- Port Aventura, Terra Mitica and Parque Warner. Anyway, the trip started in the city of Barcelona and so will this TR Ok this picture ends the update. Thanks for reading, and hope you all enjoyed:] Port Aventura next time! The fountains infront of the castle. I really like this pic. Another one. The Montserrat. The older part of the structure. The picture just doesn't do it justice. It's so much more amazing in reality! Oh.. the Sagrada Familia! What a masterpiece! Cute, isn't it? La Boqueria market. Las Ramblas avenues. More of Parc Guell. Me, sitting on the longest bench in the world! (it is the longest one, right? =] ). Gaudi's house in Park Guell. Oh Barcelona.. loved it so much. Notice the Sagrada Familia in the background.. that thing is just immense! We started our tour with an observation on the city. Yay! We made it! Barcelona's port from the plane. Shortly after takeoff!
