Looks quite nice, although I have a few nitpicks. Take in mind these comments aren't directed in any negative way, because your park looks very nice. It's just that it could be improved beyond what it is now. 1) Your terrain is good, but it could be improved. Use shrubs at edges of clearings, and add rocky patches or sandy clearings for texture. I like to use dirt, grass, and dirt/grass when creating a park. It makes things much better. 2) Your buildings aren't horrible, but they aren't as good as they could be. Right now the centre building is somewhat, well, bland, and it could definitely use some crosshatching or wall layering. The flowers on the roof are also out of place for me. 3) I like the woodie, but the colour scheme irks me. The red and black doesn't fit to me, although you may think differently. Besides these comments, your park is coming along very well and homely! I hope to see more in the future.

The pathways irk me a bit, they're too square and uniform. Vary the width, texture, etc. But everything else looks good! The woodie fits in really nicely, and complements the surroundings. Lakeside Derby seems to fly through the trees on the peninsula. And the island has excellent foilage. Just all in all, a good park.

Maybe some pictures would help? I don't know, just a suggestion.
