Food
Many locations in the park serve traditional fare. However, in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter you can not buy Coca Cola products, but you can buy authentic Butterbeer (which is non-alcoholic) in regular or frozen form. Three Broomsticks, serving traditonal English fare recently opened up in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Mythos is still an above average theme park restaurant but a shell of its former greatnesss. Confisco Grille in the Port of Entry also has some unique foods options.
Operating Season
Islands of Adventure is open year round.
Established Seasonal events
Holiday season brings lighting and character overlays in the form of Christmas in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Grinchmas. Grinchmas, which includes the transformation of Seuss Landing and includes a live version of "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas" is held every December.

Virtual Queue Options
Express Pass Plus can be purchased and allow one-time Front of Line Access for all rides except Forbidden Journey and Pteradon Flyers. Prices for the Express Pass Plus vary throughout the year, based on expected traffic.

Incredible Hulk, Dr Doom's Freefall, Forbidden Journey and Adventures of Spiderman all offer single rider lines but be respectful of the park and other guests by not entering the single rider line expecting to sit with others in you group. Some single rider lines may be hard to find so ask a park employee near the main entrance if unsure.
Shows
The Eighth Voyage of Sinbad is a stunt show and the park's main offering in this area. Harry Potter entertainers are present in that area of the park. In Seuss Landing, a narrator and customed characters bring Dr. Seuss' stories to life.
