Farup Sommerland has grown up from its origin as primarily a family park. Farup has added to its core of picnic areas, play areas (including an obstacle course), and family rides with the completion of two major coasters (Lynet and Falken) since 2004.
Like other parks in this area of Europe, the park offers activities and attractions that are not commonplace throughout the world, such as a shooting gallery, obstacle course and speed boats.
The park offers plenty of shaded areas and a lot of greenery. There are enough ride experiences that families can share together, but older teens and thrill seekers might not find the overall park as exciting. The food selections are above average. | |
