Coming into Gatwick or Heathrow

Gatwick:

If you’re going directly to our first hotel, London Heathrow Holiday Inn, simply follow the signs to Heathrow via the National Express Bus.  Once you arrive at Heathrow, follow the directions on the next page and use the Hotel Hoppa to get to the hotel.

If you’re going into London, take the Gatwick Express Train and it will bring you directly into the city in about 30 minutes.

Both Airports Arrival Procedures:

Fill out your paperwork while on the plane.  When you land you will first go through Passport Control.  On your declaration, enter in all of your information, you are on holiday, and when it asks you where you’re staying just put that you’re on a coach tour around England.  Enter in your final date you will be leaving the UK (do not worry about the days you will be on the add on).  You will then claim your luggage, and go through customs (usually just waved through).  From there things differ based on what airport you’re at and where you’re going.  The easiest way to find your way around the airport is to follow the distinctive yellow and black Airport signage at both Heathrow & Gatwick.

Heathrow:

If you arrive into Terminals 1, 2, or 3, just follow signs for the Hotel Hoppa Bus after clearing Passport Control, Baggage Claim, and Customs.

If you are going into London, just follow signs for the Heathrow Express (roughly 20 minutes into London) or the Underground (roughly 40 minutes but cheaper than the Express).
