Surrealism has always been fascinating to me. Salvador Dali is easily my all-time favorite artist. BTW...this thread is way too sweet to let die with out more posts...cheers to USRoadTripper! 8)
I love Salvadore Dali's works. They are so surreal, they make you look hard at them, trying to find the details of the painting. He was such an amazing artist. For some reason, I love this one:

Just ran into this beauty in a power point that my professor posted. I think it's absolutely amazing!
BTW...I'll see if I can snag a picture of the painting (set of two) that I am doing for my visual analysis. They also are truly amazing and have never been shown publicy for almost 40 years. To be continued...
One more thing...I forgot to mention how great Dennis's landscapes are. Good work young grasshopper! 8)
