King_K.
This link show a lot of up close and detailed shots of the facade pieces that are on site at the Nassal lot. Many thanks to Dshyates for the shots. www.vinylnation.net/forums/showthread.php?p=731&posted=1#post731

coolcalicoaster
Is their any information on the songs that will be playing on the ride? I know the genres (hip hop, country, rock, etc), but what specific song(s)? Please...NO COUNTRY MUSIC!
netdvn
I'm glad they're finally getting the facade up. It looks absolutely amazing right now. It makes me wonder what it would look like when its finished...
Shellemonster
I wonder where they expect that snow covered building to go. It's big, and Hogsmeade shaped, and everything for that area is under construction.

jarmor
I'm impressed! I'll just have to pretend that the theming is some other fantasy story, and not Harry Potter. whats wrong with harry potter?

I definitely agree, but there is one building that has it's own support structure on site at Nassal.

netdvn
Please...NO COUNTRY MUSIC! Not even this song? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9VzEulip9Q This song would work GREAT on HRRRRRRR, although every time I hear this song, I think Mystery Mine. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csXv-90ezpc And this song would definately suit this coaster IMO. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i2KmzFABujM I'm sure there are other country songs that would work on this ride... I definitely agree, but there is one building that has it's own support structure on site at Nassal. I see the one that you're talking about now. Surely there is still room for it on site. I know that there is a lot of steel going up on the site, but you also have to remember that the buildings are going to be stuffed in side by side with no space in between (per the concept art). The building you mentioned doesn't look too big, so I'm sure there will be plenty of room for it.
haiderodes
^About the Peoplemover.. You are correct, however the one used for HRRR I imagine will be a different type of people mover. More like the way they load Haunted Mansion and Peter Pan at WDW, with a moving walkway that runs in tandem with the trains. Forgive my skimming, but I don't think the floor will necessarily move in tandem with the trains. There are plenty of Mack "mouses" out there that keep the cars/trains moving in the station without a "moving sidewalk".
Imhotep
I was mostly clarifying that the people mover system on this ride would not be like the WEDway people mover at WDW, but a different kind. You are probably right. They did say it will have a 'people mover like' station where the trains do not stop moving, but they never mentioned anything about a moving sidewalk. I imagine it would be easier to not have a moving sidewalk in case they have to stop a train in the station.
PCW_Nut
You went through the time to read all 7 books, watch all the movies yet you find them forgetable and mediocore? Wow...that's dedicated research my friend.
ghost007jas
It's because he kept forgetting how mediocre they are! Jake "Go read Twilight or something" Sundstrom
PCW_Nut
Wow...off topic but imagine a Twilight themed ride? It'd be like 10 minute Spiderman style 3d ride with each scene being a more intense stare down with Edward!!! The finale could just be him finally blinking and you as the rider emerge victorious. cutebutpsycho96
Oh geez, is this another HP vs. Twilight thing? Both are so different I don't know why anyone compares them! Snicket
I have a lot of friends who hate Harry Potter, a lot of friends that love Harry Potter, a lot of friends that love Twilight, and a lot of friends that hate Twilight. I get along with them just fine, though. Personally, I love the Harry Potter series and hate Twilight. It's just because I believe that Twilight is poorly written and the characters have no depth...the complete opposite of Harry Potter. Twilight does have a good story behind it, though. Anyway... The Harry Potter lovers and haters will just have to get along through this. This addition will be awesome. And maybe some of the haters will turn into fans. I remember I used to hate the Jurassic Park book and movies until I rode River Adventure. I don't think any Harry Potter fans will be disappointed, though. I'm certainly not disappointed so far...the facades are some of the most incredible facades for any theme park!
PCW_Nut
Oh geez, is this another HP vs. Twilight thing? Both are so different I don't know why anyone compares them! (this is coming from a HP and Twilight hardcore fan YES IT'S ALLOWED! ) Never meant to start a VS....just they are both geared towards a certain age group and demographic...Harry Potter is much more universal though in terms of guys and girls being able to enjoy whereas Twilight is more girl oriented...however this is getting off topic. Does everything think this will open in the time frame they've kind of hinted at?
Snicket
I believe the contract states that the island must be open and fully functioning by June or July 2010.
Shellemonster
I believe Andy Samberg said it best at the MTV movie awards, it went something like this... "So I made a bet with a friend backstage ... Twilight ... *!girls screaming!* ... I just won the bet."
