I live about 20 miles away from this plot of land and it's in such a busy road location. It's located near to the Dartford crossing on the M25 which apart from the other side of the M25 where the junction is to the M4 is (Legoland is located here) is probably one of the busiest motorway sections in Europe. It looks like they will build a new bridge or tunnel crossing a few miles down the road but this could be 10 years away.

Maybe they see all the passing traffic as a good thing but I'm not sure how many families would see it as a positive, fighting there way back though the traffic at the end of the day.
