I am planning a trip to Paris this summer and am trying to decide between the two. As far as coaster counts - both parks have 7, so that wouldn't affect the decision solely based on counts. Travel from Paris without a car is not an issue either - Parc Asterix has a shuttle from CDG that runs every 30 minutes (https://www.parcasterix.fr/en/plan-visit/arrive-by-car ) and DLP is via the RER - so that is mostly a non-issue, too. So it ultimately comes down to what is the better park for thrill seekers and just an overall 'fun quotient'... HELP! Please! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

KarlaKoaster Posted March 1, 2019 Share Posted March 1, 2019 I would visit Parc Asterix in that case, I think Disney is more of a park to immerse yourself in for a few days. Parc Asterix has some pretty good coasters and has some really quirky theming too, it's also really easy to get to either by shuttle or even by using an Uber if there are a few of you. Therefore, like Karla & Elissa have suggested, Parc Asterix is really your best bet for a one-day one-park visit. And have a great time, whichever one you choose to visit!
