Huh, looks like G-Max from Tobu Zoo is one of the used drop towers on that site, now if only I could find out what happened to that un-opened gyro swing that Seoul's Children's Grand Park had before they went for a family friendly park make-over..

Isn't this the 10 inversion coaster of Ankapark? Hopi Hari's rollercoaster was manufactured in 2011, not 2013, and has two trains.

No I believe that one is still staying in Turkey. It's possible its the Cinecittà World one with all the financial trouble theyve been having.

But I'd say Hopi Hari is the most likely one.

It finall happened. Hopi Hari closed it's doors earlier this month and filed for financial and judicial recovery.

The Hopi Hari amusement park, came in last Wednesday, the 24th, with a request for judicial recovery in Vineyard Bar, municipality in the state of São Paulo.

In addition to the crisis affecting all of Brazil, the park movement had strong reduction after the death of a girl, because of failure to lock toy called La Tour Eiffel. In recent months, the complex was facing bankruptcy filings, strikes of employees who claimed back wages and even had a roller coaster withdrawal of its ground by one of the creditors.

The Hopi Hari claims, also according to the vehicle, have difficult access to credit, because of the political, economic and financial situation. According to the portal "Exam", the park's debt is approximately R $ 300 million.

In an official statement, the administration of Hopi Hari said the request has the "aim to restructure the terms and conditions of broadly company's liabilities, and also to formalize a long-term credit line."

This August, the park closed to at least two occasions due to the strike of employees for late payment of wages. In addition, the site Hopi Hari reports that the operation was suspended for almost every month.

Even with the application for judicial recovery, the reopening of the park is scheduled for September 7.

Nope... A week later the coaster was seen being removed from the storage area in shipping containers. When asked, the driver said he was taking the coaster to the port, which means it's going to Malaysia and Hopi Hari is lying in order to get money from investors.

Oh thanks for that info, Sounded a little fishy now looking back at it, why buy a new coaster when half the rides you have aren't working most of the year? It would be better to fix those then go for something even bigger imo.

This coaster was bought in 2011 as part of a USD100million investment and just two months after the coaster arrived in Brazil the girl died at the park and they never had the money to build it. A few months ago the park lost the ownership of this coaster to one of it's investors, who took the coaster as payment for the debt the park had with him. He then sold the coaster do MAPS in Malaysia in September.

Hopi Hari closed it's doors in August and remained closed for about 45 days. The park declared bankrupcy and filed a request for judicial reorganization. The justice allowed the park to reopen with the condition that the park developed a long term plan to pay off the debts. That's why, I believe, they lied about the coaster opening in 2017, so they could attract new investors and more public.

And they're closed again...

The Hopi Hari amusement park in Vinhedo, in the interior of São Paulo, is expected to close for at least a month.

Last Sunday (14), officials were advised that they would receive paid leave for 30 days.

The company said that anyone who has already purchased tickets can request a refund or change the "passport" for a new one, with a validity deadline of December 31.

The store announced on Friday (12) that it would make a "break" in its activities, without predicting when it would work again. This weekend, visitors who bought tickets faced the gates closed .

Hopi Hari's debts total more than R $ 400 million ($130 Million USD). Among the creditors are the BNDES, the Vinhedo City Hall and CPFL Energia, which cut the light of the park on April 10 - on the following weekends, the place worked with a generator.

The park filed a petition for judicial recovery in August 2016, which has not yet been approved. The new owner, José Luiz Abdalla, acquired the shareholding control of the company in December 2016, with the promise of building a hotel complex with 1,200 apartments and an on-site convention center.

According to the recovery process in the Vinhedo region, the company owes more than R $ 8 million ($2.5 Million USD) in labor claims. In January last year, park officials protested against the delay in wages.
