no you can get bacardi 151, 151 proof, that stuff burns, 100 proof is really REALLY strong though. for example most normal liquer is 80 proof, rum ect

Well, take the proof and divide by 2. That gives you the alcohol percentage. So 100 proof is really 50% alcohol by volume. And 151 is 75.5 percent alchohol by volume. Correct me if im wrong, but im pretty sure that is how it goes....

Actually Soda wouldn't be the best thing to drink because it dehydrates you... Dehydration is your enemy if you don't want a hangover...

Besides homemade moonshine the strongest stuff you can get is absinth. It's so strong, its illegal in the states. I have tried it once while I was in europe and you basically trip on it.

well learn this, after six shots, you can get sick, as in tiolet huggin sick, like I just did, good times just turned into sucky times.

I think it is interesting how you feel after these alcohol-trip last night. However, I dont want to exchange with you the feeling after that night. It must be horrible.

I didn't know what 100 proof or 200 proof was until I read this thread. I have never drunk alcohol and I will never drink alcohol.

Here are my rules about drinking:

1) NEVER go get drunk at a bar or club or restaraunt...unless you are rich.

2) NEVER drink and drive. Hide your keys, or lock them in a fire safe and hide the fire safe keys.

3) ALWAYS stay up for 2 or 3 hours after you have stopped drinking.

4) ALWAYS eat while you are drinking, and after you have stopped.

5) ALWAYS "break the seal." Dont try to hold it.

What was said about staying hydrated is very good advice as well. Once you have stopped drinking, eat a lot of food and drink a lot of water before you turn in. I always follow these rules, and I am able to have a good time and not feel like a zombie the next day.
