How much are those giant homer Simpson donuts?
After riding Lightning Run I can not understand why parks are not lining up to buy some Hyper GTX models. That little ride rocks

What would donkeys be like on the moon?

Good stuff. I love finding someone else that doesn't loathe Rip Ride Rockit.

I'm honestly just not a big "donut" person. I've been to Duck Donuts and Voodoo and I thought both were just "fine" but then again, I think Dunkin and Krispy Kreme are just "fine" also. I would take any of them and not care either way.

Also, this report is more about Universal Studios and the video we posted. Can we please not turn it into a donut discussion? Thank you.

I think it might of been... 2006 or 2007? It had Kentucky Rumbler and that crazy sketchy Scat ride.

We chose for obvious reasons Hagrid's. Which the entrance was a bit of a cluster but once we go through that, it only took us about 25 minutes to get onto the ride. Elissa had actually never been on it because of how unreliable and difficult it was to get on it before. Strange that it took a pandemic for the ride to actually work better, but whatever, we'll take it at this point! :P

I just laugh at this because it is soooo true! I love the system they have setup for Hagrid's for the virtual queue and I can't imagine riding it any other way. I actually hope to see a system like this used for Rise of the Resistance. Instead of opening up all of the spots at park opening, they just randomly add them throughout the day so you don't have to show up all at once.

Am I allowed to eat donkey during lent?

Elissa, I remember that you either don't have a Universal pass or were questioning whether or not to renew. Was this trip worth the cost in your opinion?

I think just the 'tilt' of Elissa's head, in a few of those photos, really says a lot w/o words.

Great Universal TR, Robb. But sorry to read elsewhere, that (so far) SeaWorld wasn't
such a great visit for you. Hope that the return visits, turn out much better.

I'm not Elissa, but I don't think any "single visit" is worth a $350 pass. We will see how things go over the year of the pass and then let you know then! :Pr

Honestly if our Sea World visit had been better or Disney was opening sooner I might have waited longer on getting a Universal pass. But after hearing several positive reports and wanting to be able to visit a park again (and this is my technically closest park) we went for it. Hopefully subsequent visits will be just as good or better.
