jopelt
My day at Star City in Manila. Jack? Hmm very familiar... Egyptian Spinning Coaster. Sadly did not spin much
jopelt
It is nice that half the park is indoors because it was 95 out that day. They had the worst motion simulator ride I’ve been on. The haunted house was fun but I’m sure it’s better when they have employees to scare you.
Canobie Coaster
Is that an inverted Pinfari death machine? How rough is that thing because it sounds like a bad idea? Â Nice photos of a park I've never heard of!
bert425
^ that does seem like a bad idea. . .LOL, but I'd totally get on it. Â I see TWO coasters in the pics tho.. the spinner and the suspended. Â agree with Canobie - thanks for sharing, never even heard of this park.
Canobie Coaster
^ I'd totally try it too, but I'd expect something on the level of a vintage SLC.
coasterbill
It's nice to get an update on one of the two pinfari inverts that hasn't been closed yet due to a major accident. Â Glad to hear that you survived.
jopelt
The seats and OTRs had a lot of padding on them so it wasn’t too bad. I rode it 4 times. The back had a bit more force to it in the helix.
jopelt
The ride ops were quick because it had a separate unloading station. I also found it weird that 2 different ride ops checked the restraints. But that happened even on the flat rides. 4 ops for the loading and 2 for the unloading. Nrthwnd
^ Ha. Talk about a well-staffed park! Or were they jumping from ride to ride?
bill_s
Sounds like training.
jopelt
All the bigger rides were like that. Some had black security shirts on.
