Re: What's new for 2019I love this! Thank you so much for putting it together!!
Bigger is not always better.
Re: What's new for 2019Thank you, as always, for putting this list together. It's nice to read a summary of everything. We all know 2018 was a very good year, but I would almost argue 2019 looks even better. In North America alone, we have major, custom roller coasters at Canada's Wonderland, Carowinds, Kennywood, SFMM, and SFGAm, as well as medium-sized additions at Kentucky Kingdom, Busch Gardens Tampa, and SFDK. Not to mention a floorless conversion and loads of frisbees and other flat rides. What a time to be alive! lol
Steel: 161 / Wood: 32 / Total: 193
Home Parks: Knott's (when home), Lagoon (at school) Re: What's new for 2019Thanks for the new (so far) list, Larry!
Much appreciated. ![]() P.S. Shouldn't Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland be added, too? Just something I noticed, missing. Re: What's new for 2019Thanks for putting this together, Larry. It looks like we'll have a solid lineup of new rides next year, though I'm mainly excited that my home park is getting a new coaster.
![]() Re: What's new for 2019Thanks Larry!
I'm not sure if you want to add it or not, but Canobie's new for 2018 water park never opened this year so it's likely going to be advertised as their new for 2019 attraction. Top 5 Wood- Lightning Rod, Phoenix, Boulder Dash, Wildfire, Outlaw Run
Top 5 Steel- Steel Vengeance, Twisted Colossus, Expedition GeForce, Iron Rattler, Fury 325 ![]() Most Recent Trip Reports- Galaxyland
Re: What's new for 2019
To be quite honest I didn't even know what Galaxy's Edge meant. I'll try to find an announcement to link to. Is this happening only at Disneyland in 2019 with a future year opening at Disney Hollywood Studio. Re: What's new for 2019
Thanks, there are about a dozen our major parks that haven't made announcements. Some may have infrastructure upgrades like Liseberg's parking garages or some parks may be taking a break after huge CapEx spending in 2018 like Toverland. The popular/biggest park's we haven't read any new ride announcements from include but are not limited to: US: CGA, KD, KBF, SDC, Valleyfair Europe: Alton, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, EuropaPark, Liseberg, Toverland We know there are rumors are there about these and other parks, but we are waiting for news.
