From the parks Facebook page. Looks like the trains got a ton of love.

Well, while it won't look as picturesque as it did sitting right by the ocean, I'm very glad the Pinfari is being saved. Not being a contrarian here, I genuinely enjoyed that ride.

The coaster is now open.
Went and did two laps on it tonight, definitely nothing to write home about.
Rode once in the front and once in the back. I liked the back for the first drop, and the front for a "smoother" ride.
The kids there thought it was the fastest thing ever, I felt a little out of place being one of the older ones there.
Here's some local news coverage of the rides opening.http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/loop-roller-coaster-opens-at-cj-barrymores

We are going to check it out this weekend. At $7.50 a ride, I'm probably only riding once.

Looks like the park is adding 3 new atteactions!
They are adding a spinning coaster and a 130 foot tall drop tower/saddle sling combo tower.

Oh, sweet, one of those new Stan Checketts towers like at Bigfoot Fun Park in Branson. And of course, CREDITZ!

From what I know of the park (not much) these sound like great additions for them. Incredible Pizza in Tulsa has one of those same spinning coasters and it's very popular, and of course Bigfoot in Branson has been mentioned already. CJ Barrymore sounds like it fits in the same realm as those places, so it should go over well.
