Kristen just came running over when she saw Space Fantasy on the screen! I think she rode that about seven times that day!

Great TR! Like others have said, going to Japan is always taking a chance due to rain from June - September, and this was the park to hit up if we had a rain out!

I've gone pantless!

And as it's been said, Universal Japan is a good park to visit on a rainy day. I also agree that Backdrop is an example of a backward-facing train actually improving a ride, beyond being just a one-shot gimmick.

The movie? If so, do yourself a favor and see it IMMEDIATELY. Seriously, drop whatever it is you are doing and go buy it. Now. ;)

I am a huge BTTF fan and I think my most memorable memory was just the insane Japanese souvenirs in the gift shop afterwards.... dot graphic character t-shirts and mr fusion underwear among other things.

^Not spending any money in that gift shop is about the only regret I have from the entire trip. WHAT WAS I THINKING?! ;)

Japanese Jaws is still one of the greatest theme park attractions ever. I hope it never goes away.

I really liked Space Fantasy and remember some Japanese girls motioning us to press the button at a certain time to enhance the ride, but I can't remember what the hell happened when we did that.

Thanks for posting all this Robert... what a great day that was....

The Spider-Man tour is squarely my #1 TPR experience so far... amazing.

That in and of itself sounds like an awesome ride enhancement. ;)

You are very welcome and while this trip was so full of amazing TPR experiences, the Spidey tour was definitely an incredible high point.

As I am. It's really a horrible oversight that will be corrected on my next visit.
