Liberty Pub is my spot. Nice little shaded seating away from the hubbub, nary a wait to be served, and they have 4-5 taps of decent selections and wine as well. And pretzels & turkey legs too (of course).

Cool...I am sure that we would check out all of them <cough, more than once, cough> if we go! ;)

I've yet to purchase a beer at Great Adventure. How much do they cost on average there?

^ Probably similar to any other amusement park. Bud Light-level pisswater for $10. Enjoy!

In my experience at Liberty/Macho/BOTW beers are usually $8-9, not bad if you compare to a sporting event or concert (or you're used to city prices like myself). And believe it or not I don't think I've ever gotten Bud/Coors/Miller anything at the park, though I'm sure they have it, I usually find stuff like Summer Shandys, hard lemonade, Red's Apple Ale, hard ciders, etc. The park usually has at least one-two decent things on tap at each establishment, sometimes bottles of stuff not on tap if you ask. And the mixed drinks I've gotten at Macho have not been weak.

They had Not Your Father's Root Beer on tap during Holiday in the Park, at the stand near B:TR. Never thought I'd see that in an amusement park.

Hooray for overpriced piss water!!!

Incredible how you can buy a 24oz of pisswater in NYC at a deli for 2.50

You beat me to it but yeah... they had Summer Shandy through Fright Fest and possibly even Holiday in the Park but I didn't check. This alone makes Six Flags amazing.

I am this close to coming in super early to work next Wednesday just so I can finish everything I need to and bounce down the turnpike to get there in time for opening. I CAN'T HELP IT WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME.
