Here’s the area that used to be the bottom part of the reservoir of Rim Runner, it’s a lot of space!

Hmm, all that open space.

Something like an S&S 4d Free Spin or a Premier Sky Rocket II could go there :)

And is Canyon Blaster as rough as any other Arrow Looper?

Canyon Blaster is fun. It’s not “smooth” but it’s not all that bad and the finale through the crappy mountain is neat. I like it better than El Loco, honestly.

Awesome. We'll probably go in a couple of weeks, so that's good to know.

Fright Dome not happening at Circus Circus in 2018

A longtime Halloween tradition will not be happening at Circus Circus hotel-casino in 2018.
Egan Productions, which owns Fright Dome, told 13 Action News that Circus Circus informed them that it will not be moving forward with the event this season.

The statement continues:

While we regret this bad news, we are grateful to the people of Las Vegas for supporting Fright Dome over the past fifteen years. We look forward to many successful Halloween events in the future.

No other details have been released.

Was Fright Dome well attended? It seems insane to me that any park would pass on a Halloween event (though obviously this isn't a traditional theme park).
