These both look awesome! Great additions. No one will miss Tidal Force once they see this.

Tidal Force is staying. I think thats the most surprising thing about this announcement.

Holy crap, this actually blew away my expectations. I didn't expect mat racers (f**king AWESOME-looking ones at that) AND a water coaster together. Excellent addition, Hershey!!

I also love the timer feature, that's definitely going to be fun, especially to see if you can beat your previous time.

I feel sorry for Tidal Force, that old structure really sticks out

Can we not start with this? No one cares about this except whiny enthusiasts.

Don't call a water slide a coaster and there is no discussion.

It's a water coaster, not a water slide.

A so called water coaster is just a water slide that you sit in a tube. Using the logic that these are coasters than flumes are coasters too. But, nobody calls flumes coasters b/c they aren't.

Looks like two solid additions for the Boardwalk! I haven't spent any time over there before, but I might consider going to the water park with the new water coaster.

Watched the announcement stream off of Hersheypark's FB page and immediately after the announcement several people began to complain that the new water coaster is "not a real rollercoaster". That's enthusiasts for you I guess.

Oh, ok. I see it now. Yeah, wow, they found a way to stack more stuff on top of stuff. Good for them!

Based on the renderings, the only thing that seems to be getting removed is the Shoreline Sprayground complex, which isn't a big loss comparatively speaking. Bring on the park's 14th coaster!!

Why do you care that much about what other people call a coaster? Seriously it's not that big of a deal to get that butt hurt over someone else's opinion. Maybe you should look into another hobby if you are getting this anal over what you consider a coaster or not one.
