Funniest Ride Experiences

Postby Coasters 4 ever » Sat Jun 17, 2006 7:05 pm

Sorry if this has been posted before, I haven't been here in a LONG time.

What was the funniest thing that happened to you/someone else on a ride?

I was on Revolution at Dorney Park (a swinging pendulum ride) and the person across from me's shoe fell off. It went flying and landed in the lake about 50 feet away. It was hilarious, I'd never actually seen that happen to someone before.

^ I saw someone's shoe fly off on V2 at SFMW when it went up the back spike one time.

We were flipping over on Wipeout at Dreamworld, where we saw a watch drop down into the water below...I then laughed and yelled "Ha Ha! somebody's watch fell off!"

Then I realised my watch wasn't on my wrist anymore, I had to wait until the park closed (which was only about 5 minutes) for the staff to wade in and get it.

It was a good $20 watch. ;)

A girl that I was sitting next to on Goliath gave her friend her cell phone for safe keeping because she had better pockets. Durring the ride it fell out of her pocket and onto the car ahead of us somehow. Then on one of the airtime hills it flew up and floated right in front of us just out of our reach. Once we bottomed out on the hill it fell right into the lake. Some friend huh?

This B&M donkey is so smooth!

Once I was getting off Nitro and glanced at the photos on the way out. The four guys in the front row had their shirts off and one had an F painted on his chest, one a U, one a C, and one a K. 'Nuff said.

This 16 year old puts you to shame

My funniest ride experience would have to be when I took my friend Shane on Tower of Terror. He was grabbing onto my sweatshirt and yelling "MAKE IT STOP! MAKE IT STOP!" It was very funny.

One time on Spinout at SFMM, there was some fat lady riding. When the floor went down, she was sinking with it while everyone else was above her. It was sad yet funny.
