Was the Oil Derrick not open during the 2018 season?

Isn't the main benefit of Chop Six that it's on the Dining Plan?

It's the only benefit because unlike Panda Express (which is the best food by default in almost every Six Flags park that has one), it's generally atrocious food.

Super pumped the dark ride is coming back. I wonder if they'll be able to make some upgrades too?

I didn’t even know the boat ride closed down! Was one of the only 7 rides (5 coasters) I was able to do in a rainy 4 hour visit, and I found it to be pleasantly surprising. Harley Quinn Spinsanity became my new favorite flat ride besting Delirium at Kings Island, and makes me wish that every Six Flags park gets an ABC Tourbillon. On the other hand, my favorite place to dine at a Six Flags park has to be Johnny Rockets— the other restaurants/dining locations provide cold and rubberlike foods for very high prices :| .

^ I loved the boat ride as is. I had no clue it even existed so as a fan of classic dark rides and Looney Tunes, it checked all the boxes.

For the Tourbillion, did you ride it with the ride mostly empty? I got awesome rides of SFGAdv's with a mostly empty vehicle, but it struggled to flip with a full load.

I won't disagree the food is awful. Not to mention even good Chinese isn't really something I want before a day of roller coasters.
