La Ronde Discussion Thread

Postby Skyscraper » Tue Oct 11, 2005 12:02 am

Hey everybody!

This thread is simple! Rather than having a million little threads about everything that goes on at La Ronde, this thread is designed to consolidate it all into one user-friendly thread. Feel free to use it to post updates, trip reports, questions, comments, and of course, general discussion. For pictures and videos of the park as well as past updates, see TPR's Park Index Page.

That would be pretty cool if they got a Hyper. I haven't been to this park since 1986 and I've been looking for a reason to get back there!

Thanks for posting the pics! Feel free to post or link to new ones when you have them!

I almost went today but decided against it since it was so darn cold. I still have never been there and I live 45 minutes away! Whatever the coaster is, that'll be a great incentive to get up to Montreal more often.

I can't wait to ride this coaster. I am going to La Ronde next year, and I will be able to ride a note worthy coaster other than Monstre. I have heard it will have a similay layout to Nitro, Silver Star, or Raging Bull. Whatever it will be like in the end, I'm sure it will be a good coaster.
