My least favorite that I've seen in person is Lakemont's Skyliner, in that it's all falling off. It's pretty sad when a 105-year-old coaster looks more solid. DCody Posted August 4, 2007 Share Posted August 4, 2007 White steel coasters like Alpengeist and Dodonpa always look so striking. I also like unpainted yellow pine woodies. The beauty of the design really comes out in a "naked" coaster. Least favorite? Probably Iron Wolf at SFGAm. Maroon does not get my adrenaline going. I'm not a huge fan of chartreuse on modern coasters either. (I can accept it on an 80s looper, because it's period, but nowadays I think that super bright neon green makes a coaster look like a cheap toy.)
