Sean Menefee Posted January 13, 2008 Share Posted January 13, 2008 I shot the same version of the photo below a few months back when it was pouring outside, with different results. Soooo..... when I got back from SF this evening, it was SUPER foggy outside my home. I snagged my DSLR, and took a long exposure shot of the light outside my bedroom window. Â The fog actually makes the light look like the sun, even though this photo was taken at almost 2 A.M. The image was re-sized in CS3, and hit with a small amount of Noise Ninja to chase away a few shadow issues. Gotta love sleeping with this outside of your window! I've been trying to get that same shot for a few years now with no success at this point. Those types of storms are few and far between here Sacramento, so I'm still waiting for my one moment of luck. Â Anyways, nice shots. Thanks for posting. Thanks for posting.  -Sean  Legit lightning, the only thing that has changed is resolution, border, title and copyright text. One of the first storms here in a while (supposed to be summer and had most of it winter weather) and somewhat unusual as it came through at 11:30am.
