Chris Benvenuto Posted June 11, 2006 Share Posted June 11, 2006 1977: Benvenuto Parks purchases land outside of Seattle. 1980: land is smoothed out from hilly, to flat land. 1981-89: Land sits, waiting to be used. 1990: Construction Equipment brought on-site. 1991: Construction Begins.
