coasterlover420
I seem to have perfected the AHG. i don't know how it happened, but it did. Here's an example of what the AHG can really do: Example.nltrack Don't get mad because there aren't supports. I made this in half an hour.
CP_RULES
(if you AGH an air-time hill, it will completely mess it up b/c it will think the negative g's are from opposite banking, then it will invert it) All you have to do is color the spine on areas with negative Gs black and it'll fix that problem. HAHA, I knew I was doing something wrong, how do you color the track?
ShoubraStreet74
^ click a trackpiece, press G, check "individual colors" and set the color to black by clicking the box next to main track color.

Guest
nice, although just as my opionion I wouldn't have a heartline roll at the start on that type of coaster, floorless and twister I would , good coaster though

Guest
I just don't trust any coaster that goes upside down with a lap bar, with otsr then ok, but lap bars, no way, not safe at all in my mind

I feel stupid now because I knew you could do that, I just didn't know it would affect the AHG....HA! Thanks alot, I'll have to try that now. BlackTornado, it looks like your learning! Nice work. Guest
yeah I know the chiller but that has speed, I know about the cobra roll fault as well which I am leaving for now as I like the look of it, but will look into it, the other circle where the drop / cammel back is thats fine, nothing serious there, but will look at cobra roll

Guest
the track will be uploaded tonight, I am just sorting some vertical g's out then I need to add supports and finished, so today or tomorrow or if possible day after but will try my best tonight, the ending is rubbish and a bit strange but its safe so thats ok
Guest
ok, the track layout is complete, I am a bit un happy with the ending, here is the screen, all that needs to be done now is supports, then I will put a download link up, I couldn't perfect the cobra roll so I left it, lol There are a few high lateral g's at about -1.5 or -1.8 not too sure though, I think all posative g's are fine. Anyway here is the screen of the entire ride I have decided to call it disobedience
ShoubraStreet74
I just don't trust any coaster that goes upside down with a lap bar, with otsr then ok, but lap bars, no way, not safe at all in my mind I never understood this logic. It's usually the airtime-based coasters that have only lapbars. But if the whole point of the OTSR is to keep the rider in their seat, then wouldnt the airtime coasters need them more than the inversion coasters? Since inversions usually push you into your seat and airtime pulls you out of it, it would seem that the looping coasters would be the ones without OTSRs. Or is the whole concept of OTSRs just to make the rider THINK they're safe without serving any real purpose?
coasterlover420
^I think Premier was the first to discover that! lol
Stitch
Lap bars are far safer than the OTSRs (In full working condition & used correctly). Lap bars pin the rider down at the waist, keeping them secured from negavtive force as the seat secures from lateral and positve. OTSR's leave the sides open relying on the seat to protect the rider fully. I am firm lover and supporter of Lap bars on looping coasters!! Guest
wouldn't get me on any, I would say 2 basic words and second is off, but all people have differen't opionion, but suspended coaster must use em I love the otsr, if kept in mint condition in my opinion they are the safest, and if I made a coaster with inversions I would use them
Stitch
I support lap bars on all coasters! Well you need OTRS's on some types, Stand Up, Inverted, Flying and 4D

Lap bars and inversions are safe Look at all these looping coasters with lap bars So, please make sure to say that you don't feel safe with lap bars for inversions, not .. lap bars aren't safe for inversions I don't feel safe with lap bars at all, lap bars + inversions + me = one big fat NO i'd rather know i'm safe then have a little bar holding me in. Lap bars can burn in hell, and you found some pics, whoop de do dah, but i'll say this, if I ran a park and got a coaster with inversions and lap bars i'd either add some strong seat belts (such as magnum force) or remove them and add otsr, or if bith failed either remove it or demolish it, simple
