thrillseeker4552
Great pictures for a great looking ride! So the secret element is a launch in the middle of a helix?? Very interesting.
BugEyed
Woo Hoooooo, can't wait to give Cannibal a whirl. So pumped visit UTAH this summer!
linearinduction
Great pictures for a great looking ride! So the secret element is a launch in the middle of a helix?? Very interesting. The LSM Launch Track is Behind the Waterfall after the Diving Loop Recovery and before the Immelmann Turn/Wingover type Turn. There's also Officially 4 Inversions on Cannibal, "Inverting Loop," "Diving Loop," and Back to Back Barrel Rolls (what we are Calling the "Switchback Barrel Rolls" on LIF)
KingRCT3
By the way, those who were pissed that Fury's track wasn't aligned with the hexagonal pattern at the station, well, Cannibal's drop isn't centered on the tower either. You're welcome. Anyway, those rolls look amazing. The hype is all about Schilke and Draves these day (for good reasons), but let's give a shout-out to Dal Freeman, the man behind this piece-of-art of a coaster! gerstlaueringvar
^ Ouch! My OCD is screaming now Doesn't matter, I will find an angle from which the track looks at the center of the tower anyway
Jetstar2
There's also Officially 4 Inversions on Cannibal, "Inverting Loop," "Diving Loop," and Back to Back Barrel Rolls (what we are Calling the "Switchback Barrel Rolls" on LIF) I'd call it a rewinding barrel roll. One inversion is the barrel roll, one inversion is the rewind... Or maybe a barrel roll and a barrel unroll. I need to remember to sleep at night. VegasBaby
Cannibal looks amazing, definitely going to have to take a trip to Utah this summer to check it out. Thanks for the constant updates and pictures!

JJLehto
Awesome! Man, used to be SF: GAdv, CP and Magic Mountain were all I needed, now there are so many amazing coasters sprinkled all over the place...and sadly I can't see any way I'd make it to Utah, unless as part of an epic road trip!! That drop is insanity

You're welcome. I noticed that! Also, this coaster is looking simply amazing. It looks like a great addition to the park, can't wait to see the fully finished product. Because the LIF board of directors are absolutely the final decision for all names of things at Lagoon ... Anyway, the ride looks fantastic and I cannot wait to ride it this summer! Shavethewhales
The track is awesome, but the theming really takes this thing a step further. I love the details and the extra wow factor that the tunnels will provide. This is a destination ride, like the Phoenix at Knoebels, or I305 at KD. I'm sure all of us are trying to figure out when we can budget in a trip to Utah. I'm really going to try to make it by September.

Lagoon's Final Day of Operation for the 2015 Season is October 30th, so you have a little more time.

cOAstERdUDe117
So SuperDude123 from LIF got these today, looks like the scaffolding on the small rock feature has been removed. I've also heard that testing of the trains will begin next week. Until then, enjoy!
