dc006f5086
S&S Sky Swat! (Slammer - Thorpe Park) It's just such an odd experience, it really gives a great adreneline rush and offers quite an intense ride..
IceDragon
mine would have to be the Samurai at Thorpe Park (before tame-down at Chessington, on the morning session. bloody hell! it feels like it broke down, then it flew back the other way, catching everyone unawares) that or any generic indoor Waltzer that couldnt give a rats a$$ about epilepsy and turn off all the lights other than 3 or 4 strobes planted about that look like normal lights at first... thrillrideseeker
OK I do not know if these count as flat rides, but here are my favorites anyways... 1.) Skycoaster's 2.) Slingshot's 3.) X-Scream (I think it is a flat ride) 4.) Kamakize 5.) Roundup! ~Matthew

Coasterlvr_nc
I havent been on very many flat rides right now unfortunately, but of what I have been on I like Flyers and Inverting ships for small(er) and any drop tower for large
Axman
Normally, I'd say Intiman Giant Drops, but they are the opposite of flat! I think my favorite is the Screamin' Swing; closely followed by the Giant Frisbee, and then Suspended Top Spin. My first one was here at Dorney, then I rode the one at Knott's. Yay to CF for having awsome flats!
Goliath513
Dive Devil at SFMM beats the s*** out of any other non coaster ride.
Axman
^ I rode a sky coaster at King's Island, and was impressed, but not moreso than I was with Delirium. Screamin' Swing provides airtime that is unlike any other. It's simply wicked.
kweiss
First generation Intamin drop rides are my favorite. Although I haven't ridden any of Intamin's newer ones, I actually prefer them over S&S drop towers. They are the only rides that make me nervous each and every time. Something about the way they are so old and rickety, you slowly get pushed over the edge, and the way the floor completely drops out from underneath you is just awesome. The whole ride seems so much meaner and more intense then other newer, taller drop rides. It's a shame so many are on their way out.
Danzaw*nk
If Mission SPACE is classed as a flat then a centrifuge . I'm not very good with all the technical names he he. ToT I rate highly aswell as the S&S Screaming Swing (Rush) I also love Top Spins Dan

BamBam36
2nd generation Intamin free falls. Like Drop Zone at Canadas Wonderland. Then the new S&S huge swings. Such as Thunder & Lightning at Lake Compounce

coasterbear30
I love inverting ships. Just rode my first at BGA a couple months ago. I love anything that spins. I love top spins and I love Huss frisbees. IMO, there should be more flat rides at parks. SFOG is my home park and we have all of two flat rides. It is kind of disappointing in that respect. BTW, what is a whip?
