PhantomNick Posted May 9, 2014 Share Posted May 9, 2014 ^ I know! We watched it off of our DVR last night, and I was pretty shocked. Of course, that's why we really love that show. It's hysterical most of the time, but it still will dive into a more serious subject every so often. A newer show that we've totally gotten hooked on is The Goldbergs! That show is truly fantastic, and very funny!! Having grown up in the 80's, so much of the subject matter is stuff I totally remember from when I was a kid! And I cannot wait to see who they cast in this part! I still love this series. Can't wait for the Fall. Big Fat Hint #1 - can't wait to see Storybrooke in a...ahem...cold spell. It was an immediate brilliant notion, of "why don't we".....? Bravo to the writers who thought this one up. So looking forward to Season 4. nannerdw Posted May 27, 2014 Share Posted May 27, 2014 I like to watch The Amazing Race, but I've heard some complaints that the show, especially near the end of the season, might be a bit rigged in favor of the team with the best back-story. I love this show for how crazy/gory/edgy it is. I was a fan of the Silence of the Lambs/Hannibal movies so I'm really interested to see where this show is going to go. I haven't read the books but I did read a break-down comparison of the book and the show, sounds like the show uses a lot of characters from the book but adds a lot to it. And we got doubly blessed, as they made the US version into an all-Canada version Amazing Race, for it's first season. And we're now getting a second season of it, coming up soon! ahhculdee Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 My favorite TV shows are The Walking Dead (my favorite by far), Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Breaking Bad, The Office, Arrow, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Psych, and a guilty pleasure, Under the Dome. Also the animated/anime shows I'm watching/finishing are Attack on Titan & Star Wars: The Clone Wars. There's a huge list of upcoming shows and shows in general that I need to watch or on my watch list: -Game of Thrones -Sons of Anarchy -Doctor Who (new & old) -Parks & Rec (mostly for Chris Pratt) -Community -Lost -Hell on Wheels -The Wire Upcoming shows: -Agent Carter -Gotham -The Flash -Constantine -All Marvel-Netflix mini-series (Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, The Defenders) -Pacific Rim animated series whenever it comes out. -Star Wars: Rebels (hopefully it's good, and not as childish as it's expected to be.)
