Well, 2005's music releasing is over, and I know for a fact that we have plenty of music fans here. I was wondering what other people's top music choices are?

Nashville Skyline - Todd Snider

Check Todd out and you'll be glad you did. What's his music like? Hmmm, a young Bob Dylan with a sense of humor and a shot of Tom Petty thrown in. He's an incredible song writer and really funny. If you've ever heard of him it's probably his song, "Beer Run."

I don't really have a top 10 list or anything, but Picaresque has been favorite this year, and here are the albums that I've been listening to the most in 2005:

The Decemberists - Picaresque

Sufjan Stevens - Illinois

Ryan Adams & The Cardinals - Jacksonville City Nights

Ryan Adams & The Cardinals - Cold Roses

Okkervil River - Black Sheep Boy

Laura Veirs - Year of Meteors

Eels - Blinking Lights and Other Revelations

There were a lot of other ones that I enjoyed, but these were the ones that really stood out to me.
