It might be thicker at a little higher elevation from here. Plus, my house is in the "banana belt" of town (open horse-pasture land) so the snow melts a lot faster here than even 5 miles up the road. However, the floods along the Atlantic coast about 100 miles away are driving local newscasters nuts. They are saying the worst is coming tonight, but I'm keeping positive and dry.
