Moose
Is that area as close to the splash as the Busch parks? That seems awfully close, though it would be a nice way to cool off on those hot Spanish summer days.
rubysparkles
I am so excited to be going there in July now. Especially with Dragon Khan looking so good for it's age. Just got to figure out a way to stand the queues in that July heat...
Werner
I also can't wait to ride this new beast this summer...
coasterfreak101
^^That should definitely be close enough for people to get wet, especially those standing underneath the hill leading out of the splash. That's the best splash zone on SheiKra, because the train carries water with it, plus all the water shot into the air has some forward movement as well. I don't see why this would be a bad thing, these splashes are HUGE eye-catchers to the GP on SheiKra and Griffon and this should offer a really great centerpoint for the area! Moose
I agree. The splash area is a great way to make the ride fun for more people than just those on the ride.
Jerrykoala2112
Did anyone think of the awkward moment when Shambala goes through the splash down while Dragon Kahn goes over the splash down? The whole train will be totally soaked as it passes over it. Quite an experience.
coasterlover420
^The splash will be in the opposite direction, so I doubt Dragon Khan will get wet anywhere.
MrMorgan
Noo! The biggest part of the new area has the splashdown as the main element! Ahhhh! I see. Looks great to me!

The whole train will be totally soaked as it passes over it. Quite an experience. The splash starts after the train has already passed underneath Kahn, and the water moves forward even when it's discharged behind the train, so no worries there. It shouldn't turn out like ! (But do note how far the water travels from where it was originally picked up!)

Trevor
Anyway, this is the first B&M that I see doing a pull through. Has anybody pics or references of that process in another B&M? Will they test only the lift or the entire layout?

Dj-Javixxxxx
Some new fresh photos! (But no more tests, maybe with some luck, this week we would be able to see them, as the ride itself seems to be done ) Source: Harman @ pafans.com
andybarnes84
For some insane reason I've just booked to go to Salou for 3 days at the start of May (got a bargain), knowing that this coaster will probably be testing but far from open to the public. Why would I do this to myself? I think a second trip after summer may be essential!

julioot
Nice, Loving the colours of this train. Also those onboard camera's. Allthough im slightly worried the video's will be blurry in a few years when the "b&m rattle" starts to kick in.
