Its like saying you are using your house to buy and sell illegal drugs or using your house for illegal information trading or any sort of illegal trade going on in your house as you being the host and the public knows about it! Yes it would be illegal as you have the game's data on your computer (kinda like burning the game and getting a refund on it.) And then your computer crashes one day and you then realize "Oh no! (I didn't sell it, but I would lend them to friends and they would lose them, or they would become scratched) Then one day I needed the disk and it was gone. Good thing they still sold it at stores!
