viking86
The government in Thailand wants to build an amusement park in Khao Lak, one of the areas that was heavily damaged by the tsunami. One of the main attracions will be a close-encounter with a simulated giant wave. The reason they are building this park, is not only to thrill guests, but also to learn people about tsunamies. People all over the world are reacting after the plans of a memorial museum were cancelled and they decided to build an amusement park instead. I only have a link to a norwegian site, but Im sure its possible to find some translators out there http://pub.tv2.no/nettavisen/verden/article356997.ece
