Finally Buying a House

I really like house #3. If I had a choice that is how my house would be.

 

I had to open up Internet Explorer to look at these pics. Does anyone have a better server than IE but can view pics that Firefox cant?

#4 is the only one with character. #1 and #2 look exactly the same, and the rest look similar.

I also chose House #4. It just lookes like a better "home-y" look to me. I think landscape has a lot to do with a house. Some can make a house look good and others can make it look bad like in House #3 I think.

I like #4. It has a nice and cosy atmosphere to it, and the fact that there are trees around it, makes it more homely I think. And from the pics, it looks really nice.

House No.4 -but paint the front door the same as that at No.6 (oh and see if you can lift a few of the plants at No.6 for your garden at No.4)

Karen and Wally, I wish you all the best of luck with your house searching. Jeff and I had lost a few bids when me made offers on what we originally wanted. In the end, we payed a bit more where we live here, but we are in a GREAT location and we really like the place just fine. Inflation here is RIDICULOUS. The people that owned the house before us bought it new back in 2001 for around 125,000. We appraised the house before we closed and it was near 280,000. Not a bad investment if you ask me.

I liked #3, cause it looks like you don't have to mow a front lawn as often. And....

 

With some nice lights and effects, you could make yourself a nice little 'grottoe' for peeps to walk thru, be it at Holiday Time or........ Boo Time!

 

But considering the investment you're making - take... your... time. Okay? Don't let (PICK #3) any of us (PICK #3) try to sway you (PICK #3 DAMNIT) in any way...

the inside of #4 is very nice, #6, ummmm nope. I wouldn't want to be right on the bike path like that. and the yard seems smallish.

^ House #3 doesn't look too shabby now. I think it just needs a trim in the front. Also, I didn't realize it was two stories

#4 for charm and landscaping, #3 you could use the backyard for a bonfire pit. Good luck with the one you choose.
