Zingoman
The webcam looks to be showing track up in the big overbank turn at last! The ride is going to look finished by the time they open next week for Holiday in the Park! Anyone planning on being there? I'll be out of town for Thanksgiving and it's going to kill me waiting for another week to get over there and see what's done. I hope someone posts pictures next week! texcoaster
I'm planning to go on Saturday. If I get there while there's still enough daylight, I'll get some pics.
Funky Cold Medina
I'm actually planning to go Friday, but sadly can't go on Saturday as we have a football game at Cowboys Stadium. Let's hope it isn't so dark at about 4 o'clock
BrandonR
For those expecting to take some pictures during Holiday in the Park, don't expect any aerial shots. The tower is closed during the event, and so is Chute-Out due to the Christmas lights they put on each.
chadster
the die hard enthusiast would rent a helicopter to take ariel photos. So, if anyone wants to rent the helicopter, I'll take the photos.
Zingoman
You can still get decent progress report pics from the railroad and Titan's exit, AND the leaves are falling off the trees so visibility is getting better! Oh and if anyone decides to get this helicopter idea going, I'd love to tag along!

BrandonR
Seems like it'd just be cheaper to rent a cherry picker/boom lift to get some aerial shots.
Funky Cold Medina
But a helicopter is so much cooler!

CPmillenia94
I expected it to be enclosed on that turn! Thats great! The head choppers are going to be insanely insane.
coasterfreak101
I don't think it'll be enclosed, that's just for support. I mean, it could be supported of course, but if it's not it wouldn't be a first: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:El_Toro_%28Drop%29.JPG
JimmyBo
If you take a quick glance at that crazy turn it looks like it might be going inverted for a corkscrew/barrel roll. This picture is awesome. Jimmy "Texas may have something here!" Bo
CorkscrewFoley
That turn looks like it should be on a Euro Fighter, not a hybrid. lol! Regardless, it's awesome!
