jschmitty
So, I know that SeaWorld Entertainment has delayed all coasters from their SeaWorld and Busch Gardens parks til' next year, but is it that hard to upload POV's of Iron Gwazi, Pantheon, Icebreaker, Emperor, etc.? Sheesh, Hersheypark gave us theirs, Kings Island gave us theirs. So?
coasterbill
So if they don't release the POV as soon as they can possibly film it, then what?
thepoint4life23
You mean you want POV for all the rides that have not open and sound like will not open till 2021?
AmyUD06
Last I heard was that SEAS was not allowed to operate any of their new coasters for failure to pay for them, so that might put a damper on filming POVs. Also, it's SEAS. You expect too much.
KarlaKoaster
It doesn't make much sense to start promoting rides that people can't ride for the foreseeable future, and that's assuming they're even able to film from them.

jschmitty
So if they don't release the POV as soon as they can possibly film it, then what? Then, nothing.. but it would be fun and give us something to see while we’re stuck inside
southpuddle
Schmitty, you seem like the type of enthusiast who would watch the aforementioned POVs, and then two minutes later start a thread titled “So what’s new for 2021?!”
KBrylczyk
Yeah I mean geeze whats up with Universal not releasing that POV of the Velocicoaster already?
PeoplemoverMatt
Imagine wondering where POVs of 2020 coasters are in the midst of an ongoing global pandemic.

prozach626
So if they don't release the POV as soon as they can possibly film it, then what? Then, nothing.. but it would be fun and give us something to see while we’re stuck inside Parks don't release POV's for enthusiasts to binge watch. They're released for marketing reasons. Almost everything parks do is meant to draw people into the parks. Even charity donations are promotions to a degree. Aside from smaller write-off donations, has a park ever been caught silently making large donations for charitable causes? It's all fun and games, but in the end every single park operates to make a profit. They're businesses. The extra media will be released when it will benefit marketing the most. So, before you defend your stance using anecdotal evidence saying it's better to release them now, for whatever reason, you don't have the data. If it would financially help parks to release POV media now, they would do it. The creation of this thread is a perfect example of the annoying entitled enthusiast mentality.
