Gutterflower
The SFC is now almost complete with just the final helix to go. The massive cable car we saw earlier also now has equally enormous double decker cars. Source
RyanTPM
^Those are impressive gondolas, with them being Double Decker i'm sure they'll have a huge capacity too!
coasterbill
Wait, so the cable car is hanging 600 feet in the air? Count me out. Your loss...
KingRCT3
^Those are impressive gondolas, with them being Double Decker i'm sure they'll have a huge capacity too! They can hold 230 people each (there are two of them)! If I'm not mistaking that's the biggest cable-car of them all. Oh, and from the pictures I think I see some glass panels for the floor, the same as the Vanoise Express (a french ropeway). Sadly we can't walk on them, but it does provide great views. PVA62
230! Wow that's massive! That sure would be some amazing views from up there. Any idea on how long it would take to go one side to the other?
Gutterflower
Look who's back In addition the site of the Sun Wheel on the other side of the bay (where that crazy cable car goes) is adding twin Alpine Coasters as well
Nrthwnd
at the cable car photos. They're like flying double decker busses!
Pear
Are the alpine coasters made by Wiegand?
Gutterflower
Are the alpine coasters made by Wiegand? Yup both of them https://rcdb.com/14184.htm One is a little shorter than the other but neither are huge.
thrillseeker4552
Is it just me, or is Led Zeppelin (whatever it's called) hauling butt through that course? It looks like it's going WAY faster than what it did at Hard Rock!
jedimaster1227
It is still very surreal to see Led Zeppelin/The Time Machine running in a totally different park on the other side of the world. I knew when I visited Freestyle Music Park that the park wouldn't last and the rides wouldn't be left to rot, but it is just bizarre to think that several of the rides from a park I went out of my way to visit (yet within driving distance) is now so far away. That being said, I'm still glad they didn't rust away in Myrtle Beach--Hard Rock Park's loss is Ocean Park Vietnam's gain.
A.J.
It looks like they have the mid-course brake turned off? Maybe?
Gutterflower
Here's an onride POV as it appears the ride has taken some riders despite the park being nowhere near finished.
Philrad71
What? No Stairway To Heaven or Misty Mountain Hop in the queue? Oh, and there is waaaaay too much B&M rattle on it.
