Yas Mall Abu Dhabi Trip report

Recommended Posts

I finally got a trip to Yas mall last weekend.

They have the biggest Rogos, roller coaster restaurant in the work and an FEC that says it has a roller coaster.

I will let you decide if its a credit or not!.

The food arrived very fast

The food was dreadful. Nachos had to be sent back because there were burnt and my fish and chips tasted like it had been left in the fat overnight. It was literally dripping in fat.

So.

After Rogos we headed to the FEC in Yas Mall.

it was a nice place with several unique rides.

The roller coaster was called Yolo Works!

It is a small oval track with spinning cars.

It reminded me a bit of a Disko type ride. Not sure its a coaster but have a look at the pics and see wheat you think

That's too bad that the food at the Roller Coaster restaurant sucks. Having that plate of food shaken up while going down that track probably didn't help. While I don't expect themed restuarants to have the best food ever, I expect them to have decent food like Rainforest Cafe or Bubba Gump Shrimp Company to get my business. Rogo's sounds like an idea of a ten year old kid being brought into fruition, where food is an afterthought. I would look around the restaurant and hopefully see someone's plate of food going through the tracks, but wouldn't eat here. Thanks for sharing and trying this place out, so we know what to expect.

I visited here a few weeks ago after my afternoon at Ferrari World. I thought the food at ROGO's was pretty good, but the idea is definitely better than the food. As for Yolo Works, that coaster is bizarre! I shot some off-ride footage of it while I was there. At some point, I'll upload it for everyone to see.
