_koppen
S&S are partnered with Sansei in Japan correct? So I assume this would have been brokered through them in some way? I would guess that these trains are more Sansei than S&S. If that's the case let's hope it holds up longer than this:
SharkTums
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that Sansei most likely had a lot to do with these which does cause a bit of concern. I love that they wrote messages on the old trains. Japan
DonGeorge
I always liked the Arrow train designs for this coaster. They were so colorful and vibrant. While I've been on Magnum and I know the immense pain that the old trains are able to cause(Hint hint 2nd half), it's neat to see these new trains being installed. gerstlaueringvar
If they want to upgrade the ride, why sacrifice 1/4 of the ride's capacity?

SharkTums
The old Arrow Trains weren't great and were quite painful through the turnaround. These new trains (as long as they're not painful) are absolutely an upgrade with audio and more open seating. It's an old ride and doesn't get the ridership it once had, in fact, I remember having to wait for a minimum amount of people to ride it several times! The lower capacity won't really affect it too much.
TPDave
The more open trains on Steel Dragon were a cool touch so hopefully these continue the trend of random older Japanese coasters getting some love!
SharkTums
^Yeah, but those trains took away ALL the airtime from the ride. I'm hoping these won't do that.

rcjp
^Yeah, but those trains took away ALL the airtime from the ride. I'm hoping these won't do that. Really? I thought most people said they rode almost exactly the same.
SharkTums
^Absolutely not. The old Morgan giant trains at least produced the standard Morgan Hyper experience. The B&M trains left it feeling much more floaty.
rcjp
^Oh, ok. Maybe it has to do with the fact that on the B&M trains the seats and restraints are somewhat "tighter" than Morgan's.
gerstlaueringvar
^ I guess B&M seats tilt too much that it affects the airtime. After riding Crazy Bird, I'm afraid those S&S seats are too hard for an Arrow hyper that isn't heartlined properly. Way too many parts without padding. Yes you do kind of sink into those seats and I wish they were a bit straighter (maybe it has to do with the way B&M designed the restraints and how they hold you)
yay101
When it said "That @$$ float" I laughed so hard I'm happy they're getting new trains just to change it up a bit, but having been on Magnum I really liked the old trains, assuming Titan's was like Magnum's. gerstlaueringvar
I don't really know about the old train on Titan but the new Sansei train works pretty good with the S&S seats. While you can still feel the roughness from the poorly shaped track, it is not unbearable or too painful. Now, what truly makes the ride stand out is the first track of the on-ride audios. jedimaster1227
^What does the on-ride audio include? I'm asking on behalf of the many of us that won't get to Space World anytime soon...
gerstlaueringvar
^ I really don't remember much... Think they are the Space World song and a few more Japanese pop songs.
