robbalvey
Wow. Those might be some of the worst POVs I've ever seen. You'd think that with the technology available today, it would be very difficult to film a video that bad. That takes talent, obviously.
gerstlaueringvar
That's a huge amount or curse words! Even more than TPR's Manhattan Express POV! Â The park has some pretty nice flats and a decent woodie, but they should at least clean some of the construction work up before opening to the public. Seems like Shibaolai sold them a whole package of knock-off rides
Nrthwnd
Retracting here what I posted before. The vids are lousy and should be trashed ASAP
Gutterflower
They are really awful. The 2nd half of the woodie is filmed sideways... but mainly in PORTRAIT... just no. Â The park looks a lot more unfinished than I'd hoped. The 2nd phase is due to include the 3 Vekomas (Launched, Mine and Junior Suspended) so it's fill out over time. The Yeti
^Yeah...but the second half of the woodie looked like more fun than the first half!
DoinItForTheFame
Well after watching the "POVs" of the new wooden coaster, I must say I have no idea what is actually going on with that coaster. I spent 98% of the coaster looking at the d@mn catwalks. I can not wait for Robb to get out there and make us a REAL POV!!!
rcjp
Well after watching the "POVs" of the new wooden coaster, I must say I have no idea what is actually going on with that coaster. I spent 98% of the coaster looking at the d@mn catwalks. Me neither. But, from what I could tell, it looks fun with some use of the terrain. As to the knock-off slc, did anyone notice that the rolls are in the opposite direction of their normal one? That's a huge amount or curse words! Even more than TPR's Manhattan Express POV! Well at least you're one of the very few here who can tell. Â The park does look a bit unfinished. That being said, it has some nice rides and if those 3 vekomas come it will be even better. gerstlaueringvar
As to the knock-off slc, did anyone notice that the rolls are in the opposite direction of their normal one? Yes, the 5th generation SBL SLC does that to avoid the coat hanger. I don't know if it got more comfortable though. Â Is it just me or the color scheme of the knock-off SLC is pretty special? They actually made a knock-off SLC looks better than a real Giant swing.
rcjp
^Oh, ok. Although you can't really see much from the POV, that super odd section between the rolls doesn't seem to be there anymore.
SFOGdude25
A properly filmed POV was just posted to Martin & Vleminckx's Facebook page. This looks pretty fun! Certainly not as intense-looking as Voyage or Ravine Flyer II, but certainly not boring either!
rcjp
^Thanks for posting. Much better. Looks like great fun! Decent length too.
ZeroGravity55
Sort of looks like The Gravity Group and GCI had a baby and this was the result. Should be a pretty good test woodie to see if these Timberliners can keep a ride smoother for a longer period of time. There are plenty of high baking speed turns. robbalvey
I can not wait for Robb to get out there and make us a REAL POV!!! It's gonna be a while, but we'll get out there eventually...
Gutterflower
Keeps it speed better than I thought it would and looks like a really solid ride. I do like the terrain elements a lot. Â The park is a bit out the way but may be able to shoe horn it into a trip next year myself. Slightly annoying as I start a trip to China next week and was planning to complete my Chinese Woodie set only for this to open the week before. Oh well means I'll have to go back

A.J.
That big drop in the middle looks like it catches you by surprise. Â More new wooden coasters for the United States please!
hey...hey
^Yeah, more wooden rollercoasters for the US...especially some Gravity Group coasters. They struck gold with Voyage, but now they seem awfully busy in China.
rcjp
I'm yet to experience a proper wooden coaster (the one I've ridden with the highest ranking was lightning racer at 40th something) and this one looks pretty good. Nice to see all these new woodies popping up in China. Let's just hope they are well kept.
dav1dw1169
The "seriously tall footers" are a result of the park owner moving the ride 20 meters after it had been designed, but before construction began. They just made up the difference with concrete, and later filled it with dirt.

rcjp
Great! This and the woodie will be a nice combination (to compensate for the knock-off slc )
