^ I've never actually tried one, but I still can't get past the fact

that it's two donuts with a meat burger between them.

It just doesn't work for me. However - your creation does - look - a may - ZING!

We decided tonight, to try the non-meat burger patties being sold, now.

So.. We ordered burgers the other day to support our local food business.

I had a triple cheese Burger with goat cheese, cheddar and gouda, roasted onions, bacon, sour cream, bbq sauce.

Sarah had one with arugula, double cheddar, double bacon, fried egg, potato chips, onion jam, bbq sauce.

It was so tasty. I beg them to survive the crisis.

To complete them, we made sweet potato fries.

Totally agree with this. I hope every burger place in the world survives this crisis!

Here's a link to our favourite burger place in Amsterdam... https://www.burgerbar.nl/

This one has cotija cheese, mayo, guac, dijon and Boar's Head Fiery Chipotle mayo...that is what my fry dip consists of as well. So good!

Bacon sliders with Elote - my first time making Elote and it turned out wonderfully!

Should have put the lettuce on the bottom to showcase the burger...oh well. LOL

^ Such exotic-ness on all your burgers, Phil! Very nice. And I love Tillamook cheddar!

I wish it was sold up here. Only a few hundred miles away, to get it, lol.

And....what the heck is cojita cheese? Looks awesome nonetheless.

Hey Bill - hope you're doing well up in Vancouver!

Cotija cheese is a Mexican cheese that reminds me a little of mozzarella. Although it crumbles and is not quite as "squeaky" as mozzarella. It's really good though!

^ ALL cheese is good, my friend.

Well, most cheeses, I guess.

David's got this new (to us) cheese, Queso Fresco,

which is a "soft unripened cheese." It's for a taco recipe.

We're doing fine up here. We are mostly hermits anyway,

so this is no big stretch... except for food shopping, etc.

Every time I/we go out, I keep thinking that this is

"a very bad human chess/checkers game", with all the "moves"

one has to make, to get around everybody else, heh heh.

Too - Much - Of - Everything.

(I will hit my fave poutine place later today for take out. Not exactly

"burger," but with Beefsteak all over one... what's not to like?)
