Shut It Down 0
Just out of curiosity, what’s the best seat on Ghostrider?
Coconut Pete 0
Just out of curiosity, what’s the best seat on Ghostrider? My personal favorite is the back car, on the left side. However, there is no bad seat on Ghostrider.
thrillseeker4552 59
Just out of curiosity, what’s the best seat on Ghostrider? The first half is better in the back car, and the second half is better in the front. It’s really 50/50 for me... I like both.
SoCalJasonland 21
I stopped by Knott's on Thursday for a couple of hours. My second dining pass meal of the year was another winner. I can state that the tri-tip from Boardwalk BBQ was equally as good as the pulled pork. Hangtime had two pieces of track left to install and the burned fire station had a bulldozer inside working on demo. The header on the front fire station door had just come down. Hangtime track almost complete Hangtime track almost complete Hangtime track almost complete Tri-tip is another winner from Boardwalk BBQ Burned fire station demo Band crossing? Nrthwnd 73
Mmmmmm tri-tip. (Such a dirty expression, "tri-tip".)
WestCoasterKing 0
*please be open by late March**please be open by late March* one can only hope........... I hope it's open by March 16 to be exact. Not that I'll be in town then, but it would still be cool for it to open with Boysenberry Festival. BTW, I wonder what kind of sway effect having a single spindly support holding up the "top hat" will have on the feel of entering that loop?
Shut It Down 0
Wow!! That first inversion looks awesome!!! Much bigger than I was expecting!!

WestCoasterKing 0
That last over banked turn looks pretty inverty from this angle if you ask me. And so does that drop over the top hat into the first loop. Looks more like six inversions from where I'm sitting. Edited January 21, 2018 by WestCoasterKing

firebird81 0
That is one seriously good looking roller coaster.
bert425 136
Hangtime looks great! and glad to see Sol Spin open. . . never been on a ride like it, and hopefully will get a chance to try it out in the somewhat near future!
edgeboy 0
Pray tell, what sort of cycle doth Sol Spin have this time? I'm hoping for the 6 rotations. I figure at this point, asking for a reverse rotation or two is asking way too much.
Condor 15
Hangtime looks really good. I became a big Gerstlauer fan after going to Germany last summer so it's exciting to now have an infinity coaster at my home park.
Nrthwnd 73
Looking at that larger overall photo of it, it just seems to "fit" the entire area! Like it should have been there, years and years ago. Love it! I'll be riding it in 2019, I hope.
WestCoasterKing 0
Apparently Sol Spin is stuck in the air, according to someone who just posted on Facebook who is actually on the ride. EDIT. Apparently it was last night, but he posted this evening. The wording made it sound current. My bad. But still. Broke down again. I'm convinced that spot is cursed. They could install anything in that area and it would break down. If they were to build a restaurant it burn down. If they made it a planter the flowers would die. Heck even a water fountain would probably break down.

WestCoasterKing 0
Are they still installing supports? And on the bottom no less?
ytterbiumanalyst 1
One of those is where the bucket of mud will go, and the other one is for the bucket of snakes.
