Saldek
The sequel is currently filming in NYC. Ian Ziering, Vivica A. Fox, Mark McGrath and Judd Hirsch will be in the movie. http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/tv-movies/sharknado-2-filming-takes-nyc-times-square-article-1.1621057
gerstlaueringvar
Is Sharknado scary? Haven't watched it yet but I laughed all the way to the end while watching Sharktopus... Piranha 3D&3DD, Saw series and Texas Chansaw series are bloody enough to impress me but so far, only Scream and some of the Asian horrors scared me. Sharknado is just, well, dumb--as are most of the shark movies on SyFy. Edited February 21, 2014 by cfc
SharkTums
Most SyFy Channel movies are not meant to by scary, they're meant to be AWESOME! I'm excited for Sharknado 2. The NYC Office of Emergency Management was even getting in on the filming fun yesterday by tweeting about it! Seriously, I love SyFy Channel and the fun movies they do! cfc
^It will be hard to top Mega-Shark vs. Giant Octopus, Mega-Pirhana, and whatever the title of that moive was that featured the knockdown, drag out between Tiffany and Debbie Gibson. Meteornotes
I'm excited about Sharknado 2. I'm also excited about Mega Shark vs. Mecha Shark (which I believe is out on DVD now) and the Sharktopus sequel. dt

gerstlaueringvar
Seems like they try to scare you but terrible special effects make them very funny. Has anyone watched Aliens vs. Avatars ? Classic!
